Planning work for activities and tasks

You use the Activities and Tasks application to insert, view, or edit planned labor information or planned craft information.

Procedure

  1. Display the activity or task for which you want to plan labor.
  2. Make one of the following selections:
    Option Description
    If the record is an activity Click the Plans tab.
    If the record is a task Click the Resources tab, then click the Plans sub tab.
  3. Enter the details of the planned work on the following subtabs:
    Option Description
    Labor Add hours for labor or select crafts.
    Materials Add materials, search catalogs, or add spare parts.
    Services Add services.
    Tools Add tools.
  4. Save the record.
