You use the Activities and Tasks application to insert,
view, or edit planned labor information or planned craft information.
Procedure
- Display the activity or task for which you want to plan
labor.
- Make one of the following selections:

If the record is an activity |
Click the Plans tab. |
If the record is a task |
Click the Resources tab, then click
the Plans sub tab. |
- Enter the details of the planned work on the following
subtabs:

Add hours for labor or select crafts. |
Materials |
Add materials, search catalogs, or add spare parts. |
Services |
Add services. |
Tools |
Add tools. |
- Save the record.
