Deleting quotation lines from Requests for Quotations

You can delete quotation lines from Requests for Quotations.

About this task

You cannot delete quotation lines if either of the following conditions exists:

• The quotation lines have been copied to a purchase order.
• The Request for Quotations has a CLOSED status.

1. From the Request for Quotations application, display the record that you want to edit.
2. Click the Quotations tab.
3. On the Vendors sub tab, in the Quotations for Vendor table window, click Mark Row for Delete for the quotation line that you want to delete.
4. Optional: Repeat step 3 for each quotation line for each vendor.
5. Click Save RFQ.
