Adding nested job plans to tasks

For each job task in a job plan, you can add a nested job plan to define the set of job plans that are required to complete the task. Nested job plans are reusable components of work projects that create work order hierarchies.

Procedure

  1. In the Job Plans application, select the job plan.
  2. In the Job Plan Tasks table window, select the task for which you want to add the nested job plan.
  3. Specify a value for the nested job plan.
  4. Save your changes.
