Adding company master records to organizations
After you have created a company master record, you must add the record to one or more organizations. You cannot delete a company master record that is already associated with an organization.
Procedure
- From the Company Master application, display the record to which you want to add to an organization.
- Select the Add Company Master to Organization action.
After a company master record has been added to an organization, that organization will not be listed in the Add Company Master to Organizations window the next time you access it with the same company master record selected. In other words, for any company master record, only those organizations that use the same company set and have not had that master record added to them are displayed.
- Select the check box for each organization to which you want to add the record.
- Click OK.
