A flow action is used in a work process flow to define
certain actions that should occur while work is being done. Actions
or action groups can be applied to any work order, task, or job plan
task.
About this task
You can determine whether the action takes place automatically,
or if the action only takes place when it is initiated manually. When
automatic, the action takes place as soon as the work order or task
status is changed to an in progress (INPRG) status value by work process
flow. When manual, you must initiate the flow action by running the
automation or processing scripts or placing an action button on the
target application. Actions and action groups are defined in the Actions
application.
Procedure
