You can link work orders and tickets to an activity or
task. When you link a record to a work order, its relationship type
is RELATED.
Procedure
- In the Activities and Tasks application, display the record
to which you want to add related records.
- On the Related Records tab, perform
either of the following actions:
- To relate a work order to the current record, in the Related
Work Orders table window, click Add Row.
- To relate a ticket to the current record, in the Related
Tickets table window, click Add Row.
- Type or select a work order in the Work Order field,
or specify a ticket in the Related Record Key field.
- Optional: You can enter a class.
- Save the activity.
