Planning activities and tasks
After you associate a task with an activity, you can specify
estimates for labor, craft, materials, services, and tools for each
task on the activity or for the activity as a whole.
Creating work plans
A work plan describes the labor, materials, tools, services, and tasks you need to complete an activity or task. You can create a work plan manually.
Planning work for activities and tasks
You use the Activities and Tasks application to insert, view, or edit planned labor information or planned craft information.
Creating tasks for activities
You use the Activities and Task application to create additional tasks or to edit the existing tasks for an activity. After you create a task, you can plan its labor, materials, services, and tools. If you add a task to an existing task, the existing task will become a child of the parent record.
