Survey fulfillment as a related record in Ticket applications

About this task

The Related Records tab of each Ticket application (Incidents, Problems, and Service Request) displays a Related Survey Record section, if a Survey has been created for specific Tickets (Incidents, Problems, or Service Request), and if it has been sent out to the users to be filled in, and one or more users have filled and submitted the Survey.

The Related Survey Record section displays detailed information about each Survey. You can click on the Go to Survey Results menu to go to the Survey application Survey tab.

Additionally, in the Survey Management application, a sections displays the Record keys (Ticket ID), which is sent out along with URL to be filled by users. Using the record key, you can track how many specific records the survey is used for.
