Changing status

The change status function is available from a number of menus in the Service Catalog applications.

Procedure

  1. In the application, select the Change Status action, or click the Change Status icon on the toolbar.
  2. Choose a status from the New Status list.
  3. Select Roll New Status to Organizations?.
  4. You can enter a note about the status change in the Memo field.
  5. Click OK.
