You use the Log Tab to create, view, edit, and delete work log entries, and to view communication log entries.
Work log entries document work done or needing to be done for the reported issue, its originating record, and its follow-up records. Communication log entries list all communications created from this record.

- Use this tab to create, view, edit, and delete work log entries. Use the large free-form text area to add notes for yourself or others. You can optionally make entries visible to self-service users. To edit or delete entries, use the Modify/Delete Work Log action. You might need security authorization to perform this action.
- Communication Log
- Use this tab to view communications created from this Service Request, Incident, or Problem. You cannot modify this information.
