View SLAs

View any service level agreements applied to a record. When you select View SLAs for a work order, the system displays the service level agreements applied to the work order and its tasks. The View SLAs dialog box is read-only.

To view SLAs for a record:

  1. Display the record whose SLAs you want to view.  If the record has one or more SLAs applied to it, the SLA Applied? check box is selected.
  2. Select the View SLAs action or the View SLAs button in the main tab of the application to open the View SLAs dialog box. All active SLAs for the selected record are displayed.
  3. To view the details of an SLA, click View Details icon next to the SLA.
  4. Click OK.
