IBM Automatic Data Lineage Implementation Quick Start Guide
Pre-Install System Checks
-
Automatic Data Lineage supported version/distribution of Java is installed on the host machine — the distributions tested by Manta are OpenJDK and Oracle. (IBM distribution of Java is not supported by current versions of Automatic Data Lineage.)
-
A user with root/admin privileges will be available to run/execute the Automatic Data Lineage installer.
-
A directory for Automatic Data Lineage to be installed in has been provisioned with the correct storage amounts.
