Integrations

Manta Flow integrations let you export relevant metadata from the Manta Flow repository to a third-party system. An integration can be performed in two ways.

  1. Use an OOTB connector to a third-party system that exports metadata in a format accepted by the third-party system and then uploads the exported metadata by using the API of this system. The following third-party systems are currently supported:

    1. Alation

    2. Collibra DGC

    3. IBM IGC

    4. Informatica EDC

  2. Use the generic export metadata format Open Manta Integration Export. This will result in a set of CSV files with the exported metadata. The user can further process these files according to their needs.

The following matrix summarizes whether the technologies supported by Manta Flow are exported to each of the third-party systems and Open Manta Integration Export.
