MaaS360 Assistant
MaaS360 Assistant is a Natural Language Processing (NLP) based chatbot that responds to common end-user inquiries.
MaaS360 Assistant allows you to make natural language queries against Secure Mail, Calendar, and Contacts apps such as compose email messages, find email messages, search events, or create contacts.
MaaS360 Assistant offers the following benefits:
- Allows you to make natural language queries using text chat and voice.
- Automates the help desk by responding to basic customer service inquiries on Android devices without human intervention.
- Leverages iOS and Android native speech recognition function to transcribe the text and allows you to review the query before processing.
- Suggests insights and delivers notifications for important activities. Note:
- MaaS360 Assistant requires iOS App 3.45 and later or Android App 6.00 and later.
- This feature is not available by default. Contact IBM Support to enable this feature for your account.
- The NLP engine supports English only.
