Security settings for Docs Sync (WorkPlace Persona policy)

Use the Security settings to configure URL-based sharing restrictions for personal documents added by users.

Policy setting	Description
URL Doc Sharing Restrictions & Authentication	Restrict URL Sharing: The URLs of the documents that are added by users that cannot be shared with other users. Require Authentication: Authentication is required for users who received the URL to access a shared document. No Authentication: The users who received the URL for a shared document can access the document without authentication.
Sync for Laptops	If this setting is enabled, documents that are added by users in the Docs app > My Docs folder are synchronized with the MaaS360 cloud and shared with other users.
