Use the MaaS360® Persona policy settings to configure Office 365 mail for single sign-on.
Procedure
- From the IBM®
MaaS360 Portal home page, select
.
- Open a Persona policy and go to
.
- In the Configure MaaS360
Mail
section, ensure Office 365 is selected in Mail Server
and then select Enable SSO.
- In the App Client ID section, provide the following
details:
- Enter the App Client ID. For more information about the application
client ID, see Registering MaaS360 app in the Microsoft Entra ID tenant.
- Leave Domain Name field blank.
- Leave the Account Username field blank or enter
%email%
(or %upn% if the customer uses the UPN for login to Office 365 and their UPN is
different from their user email).
- Leave the Email Address field blank or use policy wildcards.
- Click Save.
