Exchange
Use the Exchange settings to configure an Exchange Web Services account for Contacts, Mail, Notes, Reminders, and the Calendar.
The following table describes the Exchange settings:
| Policy setting | Description |

| Account Name for the Exchange Server | The name of the Exchange Web Services account. |
| Domain | The domain name of the Exchange account. |
| User | The user name of the Exchange account. |
| Email Address | The full email address of the email account. |
| Enable OAuth authentication | The device uses OAuth (Open Authorization) 2.0 for user authentication. This setting is supported for macOS 10.14+ devices. |
| Sign in URL for OAuth authentication | The sign-in URL for OAuth authentication, for example outlook.office365.com. If auto-discovery is not enabled, the user is directed to a sign-in URL for authentication in WebView. This setting is supported for macOS 10.14+ devices. |
| Prevent Moving Mail to other Accounts | Messages cannot be moved out of this email account into another account. This setting also prevents a message to be forwarded or replied to from a different account than where the message originated. |
| Internal Exchange Host | The Exchange server host name (or IP address). |
| Internal Exchange Port | The Exchange server port name. |
| Internal Server Path | The path of the Exchange server. |
| Use SSL for Internal Exchange Host | The Exchange server uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for authentication. |
| External Exchange Host | The external Exchange server host name. |
| External Exchange Port | The external Exchange server port name. |
| External Server Path | The external Exchange server path. |
| Use SSL for External Exchange Host | The external Exchange server uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for authentication. |
