MaaS360 displays a complete list of
policy settings in the Details view. From this view, you can edit policy
settings, rename the policy, view policy version and status, delete the policy, or export the
policy.
You can also use the following options on the security policies in the
Details view.

Edits the name of the policy. You can provide a maximum of 100 characters. |
| Version |
The version of the policy. The version number is incremented when the policy is
updated. |
| Current Status |
The status of the policy. Devices receive only published policies. |

Edit the policy settings. |

- View Audit History
- Tracks all changes that are made to the policy. On the History page, you
can compare a policy with a previous version and roll back any changes if the policy is already
published.

- Delete
- Deletes the policy.
Note: The Delete option is not available for default
policies.

- Set as Default
- Marks a policy as the default policy. This policy is automatically assigned to devices if a
policy is not specified. The new default policy is automatically replaced on devices that use an
older default policy.

- Show Variables
- The system, user, and device attributes that you can use as policy parameters. For example, you
can use %username% in an email address to allow users to use their email IDs for
authentication.
