Enrollment details

The Enrollment details provides status of all enrollments that are requested by administrators. Access this data from the MaaS360 Portal at Reports > Deployment Overview > Enrollment Details.

Field Description Possible values
Status The status of the enrollment request.
  • Failed: The enrollment failed.
  • Exceeded: The enrollment exceeded the allocated limit.
  • Expired: The enrollment request expired.
  • Deleted: The enrollment request was deleted or canceled.
  • Pending: The enrollment request is pending completion.
  • Completed: The device was successfully enrolled.
Device name The name of the device.  
Username The name of the user who is enrolling the device.  
Domain The domain of the user who is enrolling the device.  
Email address The email address of the user who is enrolling the device.  
Requested by The administrator who created the enrollment request.  
Requested date The date that the enrollment request was created.

Device actions and events

The Device actions and events data provides the status of all actions that are taken on devices from the MaaS360 Portal. Access this data from the MaaS360 Portal at Devices > Actions & Events.

Field Description Possible values
Device name The name of the device.  
Platform The Operating system of the device.  
Device ID The MaaS360 Device Identifier of the device.  
Action date The date when the action was taken on the device.  
Action The type of action that was initiated on the device. The following action values are available for devices:
  • Refresh device information
  • Locate device
  • Send message
  • Buzz device
  • Lock device
  • Reset device passcode
  • Update device certificate
  • Selective wipe
  • Revoke selective wipe
  • Wipe device
  • Cancel pending wipe
  • Change policy
  • Change ruleset
  • Change plan
  • Remote control device
  • Remote control
  • Hide device record
  • User authentication
  • Approve device
  • Block device
  • Remove device from Mailbox server
Action by The administrator who initiated the action on the device.  
Status The status of the action taken on the device. The following status values are available for devices:
  • Pending
  • Completed
  • Failed

Device bulk update transactions

The Device bulk update transactions data provides the status of all bulk upload requests to change or update device custom attributes. Access this data from the MaaS360 Portal at Devices > Device attributes > Custom attributes > Transaction log.

Field Description Possible values
Upload date/time The date and time when the bulk upload was initiated for devices.  
Uploaded by The administrator who initiated the bulk upload action for devices.  
IP address The IP address of the administrator who initiated the bulk upload action for devices. Success, failed
Upload status The status of the bulk upload action for devices. Success, failed
Total records The number of records that are uploaded for devices.  
Errors The number of error records during the bulk update.  
Details Download the uploaded file. You can view the error if there are failure issues.

Alert Center history

The Alert Center history data provides the status of all the changes that were made to alerts that are configured on the MaaS360 Portal Home page. Access this data from the MaaS360 Portal at Devices > Alerts History.
Note: You cannot export this data.
Field Description Possible values
Name of the alert The name of the alert.  
Scope The scope that is shown for the alert.
  • My organization
  • Only me or all administrators
Status The status of the alert.
The following event summary statuses are available:
  • Active: The alert is active for the scope and will be evaluated.
  • Inactive: The alert is not displayed to anyone in the scope.
The following event detail statuses (drill down past versions) are available:
  • Updated: The alert definition was updated.
  • Deleted: The alert was deleted for the entire scope.
  • Deleted for self: The alert was deleted or unsubscribed for one self only.
Update time The date and time that the alert definition or meta information was updated.  
Administrator The administrator who initiated the update.  
Action The actions that are taken on past versions of the alert definition.
  • Empty: No action is possible.
  • Restore: Operation link.

User change history

The User change history data provides the history of all user-related changes. Access this data from the MaaS360 Portal at Users > Directory > User Directory > More > History.

Field Description Possible values
Username The name of the user.  
Email The email address of the user.

  • Only me or all administrators
Domain The domain of the user.  
Action by The administrator who initiated the change.  
Action date The date when the change was initiated.  
Action The actions that were taken on the user name who is shown in the history.

Details The details of the changes that were made. The action details are displayed. Example: For the Change auth type, the details are displayed as Corporate (AD). For the Change policy, the policy name is displayed.
IP address The IP address of the administrator.
