Installing the Windows Bulk Provisioning Tool

Install the Windows Bulk Provisioning Tool by following the steps.

Procedure

  1. From the IBM® MaaS360® Portal home page, select Setup > Settings > Directory and Enrollment > Enrollment Programs > Windows > Windows Bulk Provisioning Tool.
    Alternatively, you can configure the Windows Bulk Provisioning Tool from Devices > Enrollments > Other Enrollment Options > Windows Bulk Provisioning Tool.
  2. Click Windows Bulk Provisioning Tool > Configure.
    The Windows Bulk Provisioning Tool window is displayed.
  3. Click Download to download the Windows Bulk Provisioning Tool on the base image.
  4. Open the Windows Installer Package and then run the saved file.
    1. Follow the on-screen wizard instructions and click Install to continue installing the Bulk Provisioning Tool.
    2. Enable Launch Bulk Provisioning Tool Configuration UI and click Finish.

Results

  • The installation of the Windows Bulk Provisioning Tool is complete.
  • The Bulk Provisioning Tool Configuration user interface is displayed on the machine.
    Note: Alternatively, to access the user interface for the Bulk Provisioning Tool Configuration, go to the local directory of the Windows machine where the Bulk Provisioning Tool is installed (C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM MaaS360\Deployment) and then start the BulkProvisioningConfigure.exe file.
