Network reports for MaaS360

The Network reports for MaaS360® offer mobile network-related reporting data for devices that are enrolled in the MaaS360 account.

Access the Network reports from the MaaS360 Portal at Reports > Network > Mobile Devices.

The following types of Network dashboards are available:

  • Current carrier
  • Current country
  • Home carrier
  • Roaming status

The Network reports are real-time reports. The dashboards process real-time reporting within a specific timeframe to provide mobile network-related reports across the device platform. Any changes in device mobile data in the MaaS360 Portal are instantly displayed in the Network dashboard.

Subscription settings

Use the Subscription settings option to define the subscription and user interface settings for the Network reports. You congfigure the subscription and user interface settings in the Administrator Settings > Analytics section. For more information, see Subscription and UI settings for the Network reports.

Network dashboards

The Network report offers chart data and table data for mobile devices.

The chart data defines the Network reports in the form of a graph for devices that are present in the MaaS360 customer account. The following types of chart data are available:
  • Bar chart
  • Pie chart
  • Line chart
  • Area chart

The table data represents the device and user details for devices that are enrolled in the MaaS360 customer account. These details are represented as columns in the table data along with an option to apply filters and to generate the Network reports for the filtered data. Click the Table icon (Reports table icon) to view table data for the report.

Note: Chart data depends on the table data and the filters that are applied to the columns in the table data.

Chart data is embedded as .png files in the email message that is sent to recipients who subscribe to the Network reports.

You can also export chart data and table data for the selected type of Network report. This Details report (.csv) is embedded as (.zip) files in the email message that is sent to recipients who subscribe to the Network reports.

Note: The export limitation for the Details report CSV file is 250,000 rows.
