Federal Customers Onboarding to IBM MaaS360

IBM® MaaS360® is moving from the direct integration with SSM (Subscription and Subscriber Management) to a new flow through the MCSP Subscription Management and this is applicable only for Federal customers.

In this new model, a layer of MCSP Subscription Management is introduced between SSM and IBM MaaS360. This change requires the creation of new part numbers, which are referred to as government parts that are configured to use the broker URL of MCSP instead of IBM MaaS360. Federal customers must complete the following steps to onboard successfully to IBM MaaS360.
