Creating a device group from Advanced Search results
Create a device group in the IBM® MaaS360® Portal from Advanced Search results.
Before you begin
Complete the Advanced Search work flow to receive a list of devices based on the search criteria that you provided.
Procedure
- In the Search Results section on the Advanced Search page, click Create New Device Group.
- Provide details about the device group, including the name of the group, a description of the group, and whether the group is public or private.
- Click Save.
Results
The device group is created and lists all the devices from the search results. The search
criteria is saved and any actions take effect on all devices in the device group.
