Information about accessing the Branding workflow in MaaS360.

How to access the MaaS360® Branding workflow: From the IBM® MaaS360 Portal Home page, select Setup > Branding.

Supported languages for MaaS360 Branding

MaaS360 Branding supports the same languages that are supported in the IBM MaaS360 Portal:
  • English
  • Chinese (Simplified and Traditional)
  • Czech
  • Dutch
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Korean
  • Norwegian
  • Polish
  • Portuguese (Brazilian)
  • Russian
  • Spanish

To switch between languages in the MaaS360 Branding workflow, use the language drop-down menu on the upper right corner of the workflow screen:

Resetting a customized branding option back to the default setting

You can also reset your customized branding option back to the default MaaS360 standard branding by clicking the Reset toolbar button for each branding option.

Accessibility matrix for editing branding elements

The accessibility matrix allows Administrators and Partners to edit properties of the branding elements. The following levels of hierarchy are available for editing branding elements:

  • IBM Administrator
  • Partner
  • Customer
Branding matrix

By default, IBM Administrator accounts are at the highest level in the hierarchy and can edit all properties for IBM Administrators, Partners, and Customers. A Partner can edit properties for Partners and Administrators, but not properties for the IBM Administrator. A Customer can only view and edit properties that are enabled for Customers.

Note: Customers cannot view the accessibility matrix.
