Enabling the reset notification action for the EMSAgent

Administrators can enable an action on a Cloud Extender that remotely triggers the EMSAgent to shut down the notifications process so the administrator can quickly reset notifications for a specific user.

Procedure

  1. From the IBM® MaaS360® Portal Home page, select the Cloud Extender that you want to trigger the action on.
  2. From the Cloud Extender Summary page, select Actions > Re-subscribe for Email Notifications.

    A confirmation window is displayed.
  3. Add any comments if necessary, and then click Continue.
    The email notification subscriptions are reset.
