Enabling the reset notification action for the EMSAgent
Administrators can enable an action on a Cloud Extender that remotely triggers the EMSAgent to shut down the notifications process so the administrator can quickly reset notifications for a specific user.
Procedure
- From the IBM® MaaS360® Portal Home page, select the Cloud Extender that you want to trigger the action on.
- From the Cloud Extender Summary page, select
. A confirmation window is displayed.
- Add any comments if necessary, and then click Continue.
The email notification subscriptions are reset.
