iOS IBM MaaS360 6.0 Release Notes

IBM® MaaS360® makes the iOS app version 6.0.13, Secure Browser 4.0.7, Secure Editor 3.70.7 available on the App Store on 16 April 2025 and MaaS360 PIV-D 1.70.9 available on the App Store on 17 April 2025.

Secure Browser 4.0.8 is available on the App Store on 26 May 2025. iOS app version 6.0.14 is available on the App Store on 12 June 2025.

Following are the supported app versions.

  • IBM MaaS360 6.0.14
    Note: IBM MaaS360 6.0.14 released for security fixes.
  • Secure Browser 4.0.8
    Note: Secure Browser 4.0.8 released for security fixes and performance improvements.
  • Secure Editor 3.70.7
  • MaaS360 PIV-D 1.70.9
Note:
  • IBM MaaS360 applications are compatible with Xcode 16.
  • IBM MaaS360 upgrades the OpenSSL library in all applications to version 3.0.16.

Secure Editor

Enhanced Secure Editor document edit features.

PIV-D

The following are the minor improvements in PIV-D 1.70.9.
  • To support the new changes, the app is configured with minimum supported version as iOS 15.
  • To improve user experience, app icons and background screens are updated to comply with IBM design standards.
  • To support the iOS 18 functions, MaaS360 added iOS 18 support and upgraded to Entrust SDK.

Minor fixes

  • Resolved the issue that caused the Calendar app to crash upon opening the calendar items.
  • Resolved the issue that caused the external keyboard tab key unresponsive during email composition.
