Introduction of new client credential types for modern authentication in Office 365
Previously, MaaS360 supported both basic and modern authentication.
In this release, basic authentication is deprecated and now it supports only modern authentication. For more information about basic authentication deprecation, see Microsoft Documentation. Also, the new credential types Using Shared Secret and Using Certifice are added in Office 365 for modern authentication. For more information, see Configuring Exchange email notifications.
