Removing Exchange ActiveSync devices in bulk

Follow these steps to remove Exchange ActiveSync devices in bulk from the IBM® MaaS360® Portal.

Procedure

  1. From the IBM MaaS360 Portal Home page, select Setup > Cloud Extender Settings.
    The Default Cloud Extender Policy is displayed.
  2. From the Exchange ActiveSync tab, go to the Device Record CleanUp Settings section, and then select Enable Automated removal of old ActiveSync records. Enable the settings that you want the Cloud Extender agent to automatically use to remove ActiveSync devices and records from the Portal.
