Devices by Managed Status (UEM Overview reports)

The Devices by Managed Status UEM Overview dashboard reports the total number of devices from all platforms that are enrolled in the MaaS360® customer account where the managed status is one of the following: enrolled, not enrolled, activated, inactive, pending control removal, or user removed control.

1. From the MaaS360 Portal Home page, click Reports > UEM Overview.
   The UEM Overview dashboard is displayed.
2. Choose the type of chart that is used to view the Devices by Managed Status dashboard. The available chart types are Bar chart, Pie chart, Line chart, or Area chart.
   For the Bar chart, Line chart, and Area chart, the x-axis represents the device managed status and the y-axis represents the devices.
3. Click the Table icon () to view chart and table data for the report.
4. Click Customize Columns to select the columns that are displayed in the table data. If you have not customized the columns, the table data displays the default columns.
5. In the table data, apply the needed filters on the columns to sort the Devices by Managed Status dashboard. Use filters based on platform, ownership, and managed status.
   The table data displays devices by managed status based on filters that are applied. The relevant chart data is displayed depending on the table data results.
6. Click Export in either the chart data or the table data based on the type of dashboard that you want to export.
   The chart data exports the displayed graph as a .png file and the table data exports the displayed column results as a .csv file.

   The Devices by Managed Status dashboard is filtered to display Android devices.

   

   The following data is displayed on the Devices by Managed Status dashboard:

   • A total of four devices are enrolled in the MaaS360 customer account.
   • Three of the four devices are listed for the filter that is applied to display Android devices by the device's managed status.
   • For the devices that are enrolled in the MaaS360 customer account, one of the Android devices is managed by the Enrolled status.
   • For the devices that are enrolled in the MaaS360 customer account, two of the Android devices are managed by the User Removed Control status.
   • No Android devices are managed by other statuses for the MaaS360 customer account.

   Note: In the Pie chart view for the MaaS360 customer account, only 33.3% of the Android devices are enrolled and 66.7% of the Android devices are managed by the User Removed Control status.
