Accessing Advanced Apps Inventory reports for MaaS360

The Advanced Apps Inventory reports are available from the MaaS360® Portal at Reports > Mobile Apps > Apps Inventory.

To access the Advanced Apps Inventory reports, you must meet the following prerequisites:

1. The Apps Inventory reporting feature must be enabled for the customer account. Contact your MaaS360 account representative or the MaaS360 business partner to enable the reporting feature for your account.
2. The app must be wrapped with the iOS or the Android SDK, which allows MaaS360 to collect analytics data from managed mobile devices. For more information about SDK wrapping, see the MaaS360 iOS or Android SDK guides.
   Note:

   • Only the following Advanced Apps Inventory reports are available to you if your apps are not wrapped with the iOS or the Android SDK:
     • Overview
     • Most Installed Apps report in Usage Overview
     • App Installs Trend report in Usage Trends
     • Trending Apps report in Execution Trends
   • These session reports are only available for applications wrapped in the MaaS360 .

Subscription settings for Advanced Apps Inventory reports

To subscribe to the Advanced Apps Inventory reports, MaaS360 customer administrators must go to the MaaS360 Portal Administrator settings and enable the Analytics > App Inventory setting. You can also access the Analytics section under Administrator Settings by using the Subscription settings option in the Apps Inventory page.

In the App Inventory section, define the subscription and the user interface settings for the reports.
