Setting up the MaaS360 connector in the Lookout MES console

Follow these steps to set up the MaaS360® connector in the Lookout Mobile Threat Protection (MES) console.

1. From the Lookout Mobile Threat Protection (MES) console, go to System > Connectors.
   The Configure Connectors screen is displayed.

   
2. Click Add Connector, and then select MaaS360.
3. Enter the MaaS360 API user information and URL that connects to the MaaS360 instance. Use the credentials that you entered for the MaaS360 API connection in the Setting up the MaaS360 instance topic:
   
4. Click Create connector. If the connection is successful, tabs on the screen are enabled (which indicates that the connector is saved). If the connection is not successful, an error message is displayed.
5. To check the status of a device, follow these steps:
   1. From the Lookout MES console, select System > Connectors > Connection Details.
   2. Click the State Sync tab, and then configure the states that Lookout MES syncs with MaaS360. Each item in this list must have a corresponding custom attribute in MaaS360. If you choose not to synchronize status or synchronize specific states, you can toggle each of these items ON or OFF:
