Configurations on third-party systems

Information about the third-party accounts and configurations that are not cleaned up by MaaS360® during the account cleanup process.

When your IBM® MaaS360 account expires, MaaS360 is not responsible for the accounts and configurations that are enabled on the following third-party systems:
  • Apple for MDM, iTunes, DEP, VPP
  • Google for MDM, attestation
  • Microsoft for MDM, app distribution, device health attestation
  • Samsung Knox, E-FOTA
  • Microsoft Intune for app protection policies
  • TeamViewer for remote control of devices
  • Azure Active Directory, Corporate Active Directory/LDAP directory
  • Corporate Windows File Share, Microsoft SharePoint, IBM Connections Files
  • Corporate Box account, Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, or other cloud file sources
  • Identity Management system for SAML, SSO, or conditional access
