Taking actions on Apple Shared devices from the IBM MaaS360 Portal
Manage active users in the IBM® MaaS360® Portal that are assigned an Apple Shared device.
On the Device Summary page, the Display Active Users List option displays a list of active users that are assigned an Apple Shared device.
From the IBM MaaS360 Portal, you can log out a user that is logged in to a Shared device. You can also delete a user who is assigned a Shared device.
Listing Apple Shared devices by using Advanced Search options
Use the Is Shared Device attribute in the Search
Criteria to search on all Apple Shared devices.
Note: The username that is listed in the
Advanced Search results is the active user who is managed by the Apple ID for
the Shared device.
