Deleting Apple School Manager (ASM) data from the IBM MaaS360 Portal

Note: Contact IBM Support to request the deletion of Apple School Manager (ASM) synchronized data from the IBM MaaS360 Portal.

When Apple School Manager (ASM) data is deleted, the Apple School Manager (ASM) integration with MaaS360 is deactivated by default. Administrators can manually enable Apple School Manager (ASM) integration from the Education Settings page in the IBM MaaS360 Portal at Schools > Apple School Manager > Enable Apple School Manager integration. When the Apple School Manager (ASM) synchronization action for deletion is in progress, you cannot synchronize Apple School Manager (ASM) data in the IBM MaaS360 Portal.

Notification message in My Alert Center

The following notification message is displayed in the My Alert Center on the IBM MaaS360 Portal Home page:

Apple School Manager Integration is deactivated due to the data flush action. Click Here to enable the ASM integration.

The Click Here action displays the Education Settings page where you can enable Apple School Manager (ASM) integration.
