Branding options for iOS devices

Information about customizing options that are displayed to the user on their iOS device during device enrollment, on the MaaS360® App, and on the App Catalog.

Note: The following sections use a sample company that is named ACME Corp and display all possible branding options that are customizable for the MaaS360 Portal. Each section provides an explanation of the branding option in the MaaS360 Portal and how the branding affects that option in the Portal.

Device Enrollment screen logo

The Device Enrollment screen logo is displayed at the top of the screen during the enrollment process.

Device Enrollment screen: Introduction page with steps

The Introduction page is the first page that is displayed to a user when they tap the URL for device enrollment. You can customize the top section of this page with any type of HTML or text-based content.

iOS Enrollment URL page (first device enrollment screen): The HTML or text-based content that is displayed as an introduction message on the first page of the Device Enrollment screen.

Authentication: Corporate Authentication page

If your account is set up for Active Directory authentication or two-factor authentication, then users are prompted to enter their domain credentials for authentication. You can customize the instructions on this page.

Enrollment Credentials page for Active Directory/Two-factor Authentication screen (second device enrollment screen): The HTML or text-based content that prompts the user to enter authentication credentials for device enrollment. Use this field only if your authentication mode is set to Corporate Directory or two-factor authentication.

Authentication: Passcode Screen message

You can customize the instructions on the Authentication page for the passcode.

Enrollment Credentials page for passcode authentication (second device enrollment screen): The HTML or text-based content that prompts a user for a one-time passcode. Use this field only if your authentication mode is set to one-time passcode.

Device Enrollment Completion

The last page that is displayed to the user when the user completes the authentication and installs the iOS MDM profile. You can customize any of the HTML or text-based content on this page.

Enrollment Completion page: The HTML or text-based content that is displayed to the user after successfully completing enrollment of the device. You can also customize app installation and email setup instructions on this page.

WorkPlace Home screen logo

The WorkPlace Home screen logo is displayed when you launch the MaaS360 App. You can replace the standard MaaS360 logo with your own customized logo.

You can customize the name of the App Catalog and change the default icon for the App Catalog.

App Catalog Enterprise App label

You can customize the default label (Corporate Apps) that is displayed for non-public (enterprise) apps in the App Catalog.

App Catalog Welcome message

You can customize the message that is displayed to the user when the user taps the Welcome to App Catalog feature tile.

App Catalog featured images

The main page of the App Catalog displays a series of featured tiles at the top of the screen that automatically scroll to display different tiles. You can customize the images for each of these tiles.

Most Downloaded: Displays the list of apps that are downloaded the most by other users in your organization. Highest Rated Apps: Displays the list of the apps that were rated the highest by other users in your organization. WorkPlace Apps: Displays a list of all the WorkPlace apps that are wrapped or enabled by the SDK that participate in the MaaS360 container security solution. You can customize the image that is displayed on the splash screen when you load the App Catalog.
