Information about how to generate and share diagnostic logs from the IBM® MaaS360® App Catalog on devices. This feature helps administrators troubleshoot issues quickly and improve support efficiency.
Collect logs from enrolled and unerolled devices
Administrators can generate and share diagnostic logs from the IBM
MaaS360 App Catalog on enrolled devices.
Administrators can also collect and share logs from unenrolled devices, provided the IBM
MaaS360 App Catalog is installed on those devices.
- Open the IBM MaaS360 App Catalog on the device.
- In the IBM
MaaS360 App Catalog.
- Enrolled devices.
Scroll to the Support section and tap Collect logs.
- Unenrolled devices.
On upper right, click Download icon

- Enrolled devices.
- Send logs to the administrator.
- To send logs directly to the IBM MaaS360 Portal from device, select Import to MaaS360.
- To send logs manually, select Mail or Save to Files.
