Using the MaaS360 Assistant app

The MaaS360® Assistant app handles common end-user productivity tasks across MaaS360 Mail, Contacts, and Calendar apps.

Email messages

You can use MaaS360 Assistant to search through email messages and to send email messages.

Search email messages

Use the following sample commands to search through email messages:
  • Show me mails from Deb
  • Show me mails from today
  • Show me mails from Deb with subject January sales report

Send email messages

Use the following sample commands to compose and send email messages:
  • Send a mail to John with the subject Project Requirements

Contacts

You can use the MaaS360 Assistant app to search contacts and add new contacts.

Search Contacts

Use the following sample commands to find contacts:
  • Show all my contacts
  • Find John

Add Contacts

Use the following sample commands to add new contacts:
  • Create contact Jane with phone number 123456.
  • Add John with email id John@echo.com to my contacts.

Calendar

You can use the MaaS360 Assistant app to schedule events, check availability, and search events.

Check availability

Use the following commands to check the availability of your colleagues:
  • Is John free between 8 and 9 PM tomorrow for a meeting?
  • Am I free at 5 PM today?
  • Are both Deb and John available at 3 PM today?

Search events

Use the following commands to search calendar events:
  • Find my events today
  • Find events with John
  • Show me all events from Jane in this month

Send invites

Use the following commands to send invites:
  • Organize a meeting with John between 8 and 10 AM tomorrow
  • Schedule a meeting with Deb today at 5 PM to discuss CPS tickets

Help Desk

You can use the MaaS360 Assistant app to obtain responses to basic end-user support inquiries.
