Enabling MaaS360 Assistant

The Assistant app is enforced through secure policies. Administrators can also control who receives the Assistant by enabling it only for selected user groups.

Before you begin

The MaaS360® Mail app must be installed on devices.

About this task

Follow the steps to enable MaaS360 Assistant.

Procedure

  1. From the IBM® MaaS360 Portal home page, select Security > Policies.
  2. Open a Persona policy and go to WorkPlace > Services.
  3. Select Assistant and then click Save and Publish.
    The Assistant chatbot is displayed in the MaaS360 container, Email, Contacts, and Calendar apps.
