Security settings for WorkPlace apps
Use the Security WorkPlace Apps setting to configure certificate-based authentication for SDK apps on iOS devices.
The following table describes the security settings that you can configure for MaaS360 enrolled iOS devices:

| Enable certificate based Auth for SDK apps | If this setting is enabled, SDK-wrapped apps can authenticate to the server with identity certificate credentials. | iOS |
| Identity certificate for WorkPlace apps authentication | SDK apps can authenticate to the server with a configured derived PIV-D or the Cloud Extender
(CE) credentials of the user. The MaaS360 SDK caches the certificate. The certificate is fetched by the SDK app with MaaS360 SDK public APIs. Note: The SDK and wrapped apps must not copy or
cache identity certificates in the application sandbox.
