Using the IBM MaaS360 App Catalog
IBM® MaaS360® App Catalog displays the welcome page with option Take a tour to provide a brief summary of the application on the first login.
Supports both Light and Dark modes, automatically adjusting the app icons in Dark mode.

The IBM MaaS360 App Catalog view is divided into the following sections:
Home
- Featured Apps
Administrators selected the featured apps that are most popular and valuable to users. You can view the list of the apps that are distributed as featured apps from the IBM MaaS360 Portal.
- Most Downloaded Apps
You can view the application list that multiple users download. The list is automatically sorted by download count greater than zero. Tap a tile to access detailed information for a specific application.

BundlesImportant: The Bundles section is displayed only when bundles are distributed to the device.Administrators create an app bundle with a collection of relevant apps that can be offered to users collectively. You can view the bundles that are distributed from the IBM MaaS360 Portal. Following options on the section.
- Tap See all to view the list of bundles that are distributed to the device.
- Tap Get All to install all apps in the bundle.
- Tap any bundle to view the individual apps in the bundle.
- Apps and bundlesImportant: The Apps and bundles section name and Bundles tab are displayed only when bundles are distributed to the device. When bundles are not distributed, then section name is displayed as All apps and only the All apps tab is displayed.

You can switch between tabs, All apps, and Bundles to view the relevant list.
Scroll to view all apps or bundles in the App Catalog.
- Apps displays a list of all apps that are distributed to a device.
- Bundles displays the list of bundles that are distributed to the device.
- All Categories
You can view a list of all categories, along with the apps that belong to each category.
- Account and Settings
From the App Catalog home page, upper-right tap the
Profile icon.Following options on the section.- Account Information
You can view the account details, device ID, and username and email.
- Settings
You can toggle the Auto update apps and App notifications to On based on your requirement to set app notification and update all app automatically. By defaults these settings are Off.
- Support
- Show welcome tour
- You can view the support contact information and tap Show welcome tour to restart the welcome tour.
- Collect logs
- You can get logs from device to troubleshoot issues and improve support efficiency. For more information, see Collect logs.
- Policies and terms
You can view the policies and terms that are applied to the application usage and also the app name and version details.
- Account Information
Search
Use the search feature to locate any application or bundle with suggestions to help you find relevant options. It supports category-based searches, matches keywords within app details, and displays recent searches.
The upgraded search dynamically refines application results as the user types.
My Apps
You can see all the apps that are installed on the device and check for any updates. You can update all installed apps at a time.
The Update available refers to the number of apps that have pending updates.
- Tap Update to install an update.
- Tap Update All to install all updates. The device displays the recently installed app updates
