Exporting account lists

Use the Export option to get the complete list of all types of Customer accounts under the selected partner.

About this task

Important: The Export option is available for the Partner accounts.
Exporting account lists allows partners to download account information for all accounts types except the sub partners within their level. Partners can use this data to review account status, analyze usage trends, and manage customer relationships more efficiently.

The report is exported in CSV, XLS, or XLSX format.

Procedure

  1. From the IBM® MaaS360® Portal home page, go to Accounts.
  2. On the Accounts page, follow one of these methods to view the Export accounts option.
    • Click Add account on the upper right of the Accounts page and select Export accounts from the drop-down list.
    • Click the Options icon on the right side of the account name and select Export accounts from the drop-down list
  3. Click Export accounts.
  4. On the Export window, select the file format.
  5. Click Export.

Results

The report is exported successfully. The file includes all Customer and Trial accounts.
