About this task
Follow these steps to configure Apple Enrollment setup from the Quick Start. You cannot enroll
Apple devices unless you configure Apple Enrollment setup:
Procedure

From the MaaS360 Quick Start Home page, click Get Started.
- Click Setup Apple Enrollment.
- From the Setup Apple Enrollment wizard, follow the steps that
apply to your scenario.
- If you already have an APNs certificate, follow these steps:
- Click Upload existing.
- Browse and upload the Apple MDM Certificate and enter the
Certificate Password.
- Click Save and then continue with the Android Enterprise
Setup in the Quick Start.
- If you do not have an APNs certificate or want to create a new certificate, follow these steps:
- Enter your company Apple ID, click Generate
certificate, and then download the CSR.txt file.
Note: If
you do not have a company Apple ID, follow the steps at https://appleid.apple.com/account#!&%26page=create&page=create to create a new Apple ID.
- Create and download the Apple Push Certificate from Apple's Push Certificate Portal. Follow the steps in the
wizard to download the certificate. You can also view a video in the wizard with step-by-step
instructions that shows you how to create and download your Push Certificate.
- When the Apple Push Certificate successfully downloads, click Continue.
- Select and upload the downloaded Apple Push Certificate (PEM file) to MaaS360®.
- Create and confirm the certificate password.
- Click Upload Certificate.
Results
The Apple enrollment setup is complete. If necessary, you can edit the existing Apple enrollment.
These steps are the same as configuring a new Apple enrollment setup.
