Troubleshooting the Toolkit: Missing plugins

Problem: When you run or debug a project, a Plug-in Validation dialog is displayed with the error, "Plug-in xxx1 will be disabled. Required plug-in xxx2 is missing."

Solution: Add the required plug-in xxx2 to the launch configuration.

Do one of the following:

To run or debug the projects using the Client Services launcher:
- Select Run > Run or Debug > Debug from the menu.
- From the left panel, click the Client Services configuration you are using.
- Click the Plug-ins tab, and then click the Add Required Plug-ins button.
- Click Apply to save the changes.
To run or debug the project using the Run on Server feature:
- Change to the J2EE perspective, and open the Servers view.
- Double-click the server you are running to edit it.
- Click the Advanced button to bring up the launch configuration
- Click the Plug-ins tab, and then click the Add Required Plug-ins button.
- Click Apply to save the changes.
