Edition SC34-7731-04: Content for libzpc version 1.5

During live guest relocation or migration, protected keys become invalid and their usage results in a verification pattern mismatch error. The code of libzpc version 1.5 has been instrumented to react to such a verification pattern mismatch by re-creating the protected keys from the key material it was derived from.
