Usage notes

The HMAC key bit length must be equal or greater than half of the size of the hash function output. For example, SHA-256 output requires a 128-bit HMAC key.

When using a TR-31 token as value in the key_identifier parameter, the HM optional block must contain the same hash identifier as the hash method rule.
