The restrictions for CSNBPVR2.

CSNBPVR2 is only available for CCA Releases 7.4, 8.0, or later.

Support for the Disallow ISO-2 PIN block verify command (offset X'0086') is not available prior to Release 7.5.

TR-31 tokens can only be used with this verb starting with CCA Release 8.1.
