Testing methodology

Testing was performed running uperf with the 45 unique tests defined in Workload tests description.

The 45 workload tests invoked sequentially, one after the other, and formed a run. The entire configuration was freshly rebooted at the start of each run.

The exact same set of tests was run separately on the OSA configuration and the HiperSockets™ configuration.
