Linux system clock synchronization
The Linux™ system clocks of all nodes in a Spectrum Scale cluster must be synchronized. If this is not the case, Spectrum Scale file system operations might be disrupted.
For the single-node Spectrum Scale cluster, this is not relevant. However, it becomes more important when extending to a multi-node cluster.
For all Linux virtual machines in the SUT, the Network Time Protocol (NTP) is enabled for clock synchronization.
