The "hvc_iucv=" kernel parameter specifies the number of z/VM IUCV
hypervisor console (HVC) terminal devices.
The parameter value ranges from 0 to 8.
If zero is specified, the z/VM IUCV HVC device driver is disabled
and no IUCV-based terminal access is available.

Correct the "hvc_iucv=" setting in the kernel parameter line and
reboot Linux.
