The zfcp device driver detected a missing flag in
a QDIO queue. The device driver tries to keep the FCP device operational.

Check for related error messages. If this problem
occurs frequently, gather Linux® debug
data, collect the FCP adapter hardware logs, and report the problem
to your support organization.
